Ingredients
1 cup CIMA Gulab Jamun Instant Mix
1 and 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup cane sugar
2 tbsp cashews broken
1/4 cup ghee
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Instructions
1- Measure and get all your ingredients ready. To a mixing bowl add CIMA Gulab Jamun Instant Mix, cane sugar and water.
2- Whisk well until no lumps then strain. Set the mixture aside.
3- To a pan – heat little ghee add cashews fry until golden brown. Remove and set aside.to the same pan add jamun mix mixture. Keep whisking in low flame to avoid lumps.
4- It will start to thicken in few mins. At this stage switch to spatula. Keep cooking in low flame. When it starts to thicken start adding ghee little by little. It starts to leave the sides of the pan and start rolling.
5- At this stage add remaining ghee and cook until its non sticky. Now add ghee fried cashews and cardamom powder. Give a quick mix and switch off.
6- Easy and quick halwa ready in minutes.

Ingredients
150 grams (0.63 cups) CIMA Gulab Jamun Instant Mix
45 grams (0.38 cups) Powdered sugar, sieved
75 grams (0.33 cups) Butter unsalted, melted
¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
Instructions
1- In a bowl add the CIMA Gulab Jamun Instant Mix, powdered sugar, and cardamom powder. Mix well
2- Next, add the melted butter and form a dough. If you need a little more melted butter to form the dough go on and add one more tablespoon
3-Then, form small balls of the dough (mine were 25 grams each ball)
4- Place in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. After that, put on any impressions on the cookie to make it look fancy (I just made lines on it using a knife)
5- Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 160 degrees C for 12-15 mins (the bottom of the cookies should turn light brown)
6- In conclusion, remove from the oven and let it set aside for 15 mins before you bite into it.
Eggless CIMA Gulab Jamun Instant Mix Cake

Ingredients
1 cup CIMA Gulab Jamun Instant Mix 125 g
1 cup Plain Flour 125 g
Small Pinch Salt
½ tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Cardamom Powder
¼ cup Oil 60 ml
¾ cup Sugar 150 g
1 tsp Rose Water or Extract
1 cup Saffron-infused Milk 250 ml
¾ cup Water 180 ml
5 cardamom pods
1 tsp lemon Juice

Instructions
1- Grease and prepare a 6 cup Bundt pan or 8-inch regular baking tin.
2- Preheat the oven to gas mark 4 or 350F/180C.
3- In a mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients. Combine well and keep it aside.
4- In another bowl, add wet ingredients and whisk well until sugar is dissolved and the mixture is well combined.
5- Add the dry ingredients little by little to the wet ingredients.
6- Mix it together to form a smooth batter.
7- Bake in the preheated oven for around 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
8- Once done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes in the pan.
9- After 10 minutes, gently remove the cake from the pan and place it on a cooling rack.
10- While the cake is baking, take a saucepan. Add sugar, water to the saucepan and let it come to a boil. Sugar should be completely dissolved.
11- Now, add crushed cardamom, rose water lemon juice, and boil until it becomes a sticky but not thick syrup.
12- Now, pour the warm syrup over the cake. Garnish the cake with rose petals and pistachio chopped nuts.
13- Serve with ice cream, tea, or coffee.
Kala Jamun Using CIMA Instant Gulab Jamun Mix
Preparation Time:- 5 mins

Ingredients
1 cup = 240ml
Gulab Jamun mix – 1 cup
Boiled milk at room temperature – As needed
Sugar – 1.5 tsp
Cooking oil or ghee – to deep fry
For Sugar syrup
Sugar – 1 cup
Water – 1 cup
Rose water – 1/2 tsp
Saffron threads – Few
To stuff kala jamun
Gulab jamun dough – a small ball
Chopped nuts – 2 tbsp (Cashews and Almond)
Saffron threads – Few
Food color – a pinch
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Warm milk – 2 tsp
Instructions
1- Take the CIMA Gulab Jamun Instant Mix in a bowl. Add sugar and mix well.
2- Add milk gradually and make a slightly sticky dough. Cover and Rest for 5 minutes.
3- To make sugar syrup, take sugar and water. Mix well and boil for 5 to 7 minutes till it becomes slightly sticky.
4- Take a small portion of gulab jamun dough and mix saffron milk, food color, sugar & nuts. Make small balls out of it for stuffing the jamun.
5- Now roll smooth, crack free balls in the remaining dough using ghee greased hands. Stuff the nuts ball inside the jamun & roll it.
6- Arrange the balls in a plate.
7- Heat oil and fry the jamun in low flame till black in color.
8- Soak in sugar syrup for one hour. Jamun increase in size and becomes soft. Serve with ice cream.

Dear team my brother Sharad Yadav like gulab jamun so on rakhi the bond of love I usually make it. I used cima instant gulabjamun because my brother like it, it very easy to make and time saver with super taste.
He take cima mix and make a soft dough by mixing milk, make small balls and deep fry it in refind oil till it become light brown on medium flame.
For sugar Syrup take one cup and two cup sugar make a syrup on medium flame.put the gulab jamun balls in syrup and live it for 30 minutes.
Serve your brother hot gulab jamun with ice cream.
